Appalled that there's no willingness to assist

My partner and I have been going through a really tough time financially due to the fact that I got retrenched from my job. I have since found a new job and managed to transfer money to her cheque account to hold us over until the end of the month. This money was meant for food for the children, as well as living expenses. This amount of money was then automatically taken from her cheque account to pay for the credit card that she's in arrears with. She's never been in this position before and she's been a loyal and very good client of FNB's for a number of years yet they're unwilling to assist with refunding the money on condition that we make full payment at the end of this month. I find it incredibly appalling that they're not willing to budge. Especially since this is the first time this has ever happened to her. She's always paid her bills on time, always adhered to the terms and conditions laid out by financial institutions as she works for one herself for a number of years. It's pathetic as they're literally taking food off our table. FNB, a multi-billion rand corporation are completely unwilling to assist. This is pathetic.
