Overdraft

Oh my word, I am beyond over this now. I keep getting letters saying my overdraft is overdue and I have to phone this number. I have been calling for two months now and only get "not available right now." Finally, I made an appointment at FNB Brooklyn, just for the guy behind the counter to tell me I can do it on my online banking, not really in the mood to help. Now it keeps giving me an error code:

Failed to decrease Overdraft Limit.
Error code: 14323

I'm over this!
