What a legend

I have had call centre telesales coming out of my ears... all scripted with the same attitude and lack of listening. I received a call from Mandla, he was patient and efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with, I was really busy and he was a super star. However, I must say that is obviously a work ethic at African Independent, as when he transferred me to another young gentleman named Percy he was also clear, calm and professional. Would recommend you guys to all - many of my colleagues and friends.
