Firstly I took out an funeral cover for my mother in law in Jan 2012oApril I called call centre to change banking details to FNB from ABSA when I call I find out my instruction to change details was not followed because of your incompetence my policy lapsedoJune it was reinstated premiums go off my account friday the 31 Jan I submit at Roodeport only told that my account was reinstated in August by Kgomotso but the premium was and still is going off my account I am using my time my petrol to fix your blunders can u just pay me out please cause if its not EElsie not in office its Kgomotso for goodness sake my Mother in law is dead I need to run the funeral are u so. Selfish I have spent over R150 calling your call centre I am taking this to the media I have had enough with your lame excuse and incompetence pathetic customer service, Next time I will never use you nor refer you rather use Hollard than Assupol your indeed a disgrace You always promise to call back u so uselesso
