I am having problems with Internet banking, and not coming right following using the webpage help/instructions.
So I phone the internet banking help line, only to hear a recording with various options to choose from, once through to required extension another recorded message basically saying "Go to the webpage and follow the instructions, but if you want to actually speak to a consultant you will be charged R52.50"

"How can we help you " is there slogan, all they seem to want to do is as little as possible for as much as possible.
Absolute rip off.

Think its time to change banks!
