Last year i was one of the unlucky few who was put in the process of retrenchment, since then i have patiently waited for my paperwork to be released and to submit it as we all do... once i received my paperwork i submitted all relevant documentation to my closest branch witch was the k90, well tried to at-least as they said that those documents had no purpose regarding my predicament and i needed not to take concern as they had no use for the documentation and as the manager stated its not their department, i further asked that they make a note that i did in fact take those documents in to the branch,

this morning i received a call from one of your call center staff who stated that i have as yet not taken in any documentation and without giving me a chance to state that i did told me that i should listen to what he said as he knew all the facts as per his system, i refused to be told that witch was related to your negligence what to do and as such he cut the call immediately rudely and abruptly,

i ask that the correct person contact me in future to give me the correct details as I want to submit my paperwork, pay my accounts asap, and close all relevant SB accounts imm
