Credit check without permission

Upon recently viewing my personal credit profile, I can across an enquiry into my profile that was not authorised by myself. I have no idea why Outsurance is looking into my personal affairs when I have not requested insurance from them. Below are the details of the unauthorised person who has taken it upon herself to do just as she wants: 17/01/2012 OUTSURANCE INSURA CHRISTI LIEBENBERG 012 673 3000 INS APP.
I will certainly be taking the matter further to ensure that Outsurance is held accountable.
