Don't know how to stop a debit orde

Hallo there, i have authorisation to manage my mother Mrs. AC Brand (account number 9253666864) absa account and my identity number is 7109295043089, this is the second time that i've requested them to stop the debit order for outsurance due to the fact that the house content is insured in my name but every month absa still deducts the amount of R489 from her savings account! Please note that this will be the third time that i will have to go to the branch again to report this problem! Don't they know how to stop a debit order or is it just reluctance from their side? I really don't have the time to stand in their long ques just to tell them every time that the problem still persist, hope you can help, thank you
