So I got a phone call today for Life Insurance, and I have to say, I hate doing these things as they are normally so long and boring. But seeing as though this is something important i was willing to give it a go. Thabo was very friendly and had a great attitude. He explained everything so nicely and clearly to me, and if I had anything to ask, he didn't mind answering me even if he had to repeat himself. I cant stand getting these grumpy people who i have to sit and bare with on the phone, but Thabo had a great attitude and was very helpful. Thank you for helping me make a big decision in my life, very much appreciated :)
