King Price Insurance
So ANGRY!!!

We bought a car at the start of 2014, King Price was the cheapest insurance and we decided to go with them, i was contact by one of the consultants and all was good an in order, we arranged that the admin fee would go off my account of the 6th Jan, on the 4th Jan we found out that they had the wrong account details, so i called and all their calls are recorded, i changed my details and asked that they make sure the debit order goes off smoothly which i was assured it would.
I now get a call today (31 Jan 2014) to say on the 6th the debit order was reversed and they tried again yesterday. i asked her to check the account details and SURPRISE SURPRISE the details were wrong! so now im expected to pay the admin fees over two months on top of my monthly premium! this is totally unacceptable and i want to speak to the person responsible and for this to be cleared up!
I do not flush with money and now have struggle through the month because the KING Price staff can not do their jobs!!!
