Repossessed my car on

My car was repossessed by Absa in December by means of and by their Attorneys, that didn't do their work. I have proof that the mentioned people was lying, and still it doesn't help. I was told that they don't care. I was brought under the impression by them that i was talking to a Manager. That wasn't true. The attorney didn't come back to us as promised. I do have the proof about it also. This led also to a court order that was issued for the repossession of the car. The only court order i received in my mailbox, was in October, and wasn't even signed or had a case number on it.
Every month a payment was done and accepted by Absa. On 18 December they received and accepted another payment, and 2 days later they repossessed the car. Their attitude is that they will rather sell this car on a auction to the highest bid and sue us for the outstanding balance, and wait 10 years for the money, than wait 4 years for the whole amount to be paid up. Doesn't matter what i am trying, i cant get to speak to the person in charge
