RUDE!!

At 1.50am on Wednesday morning I received a 'private number' call. The lady introduced herself as MTOMBI from Auto and General.. and asked if this is a good time to talk to me. I responded with 'in connection with what Mtonbi? She picked up from my tone that I was NOT interested in being SOLD anything. She rudely put the phone down..without any further words...!!! Auto and general, shame on you! Teach your telesales staff to end calls politely! Secondly, even better, do not IRRITATE the public with telesales calls..if we want insurance, we will contact YOU!!!
