I HATE BEING RIPPED OFF: VEHICLE FULLY PAID

Hi I have bought a vehicle (White Bantam Bakkie) through my bank CAPITEC, WHICH PAID THE MONEY TO WESBANK. The vehicle is fully paid now I still get bills. I have tried on numerous times to mamke this matter clear and explained myself but it seems they dont want to understand that I paid for the vehicle and now they dont want to release my vehicle registration documents. My bank also made contact with them they give us a call center number which we tried and have to hold on very long. I have record of proof of payment. WESBANK IS PUTTING ME UNDER STRESS AND HARASSING ME, I FEEL THAT I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE UNNECESSARY DISCOMFORT WHICH THEY ARE CAUSING ME. The last installment was due 27-07-2012 I paid it before that time 10-07-2012.

This matter needs to be rectified immediately. I refuse to to pay any monies.
