Firstly it was very easy to find the centre and when I got here the security guard even knew my name!!! Raj was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. I was offered refreshments and told exactly how my claim and repairs would be handled. This is my first time EVER dealing with an insurance claim and Telesure has made me realise that it's not as bad as people make it out to be.
