MOMENTUM OWES ME MONEY!!!

It has been over a week and momentum still has not refunded the money they wrongly deducted from my account! I keep on trying to phone them but there is just no answer at the contact centre. One of the manager's phoned me last week Monday and told me he will arrange the money get transfered back in to my account immediately but I still hav not received anything, and I need to pay other bill's with this money!!! This is getting rediculous now!!! PLEASE can one of your managers contact me immediately because I am starting to consider cancelling my momentum multiply if I do not get service fast. You keep on saying on your hello peter reply's that this is not a reflection of the level of service you intend to give, but why dont you give better service then?? Look at all your complaints.
