FNB Helpdesk no - Always high volume calls

I emailed the required documents to FNB Credit card department 2 weeks ago and until today still no reply, i've been calling the helpdesk number everyday and there's always a high volume of calls and have to wait over 30min and still no operators are available. This service is ridiculous and a waste of my time. With ABSA bank, i received my credit card in less than 2 weeks.
