Dealer Stock Letter - 3 DAYS!!

I requested a dealer stock letter on an account I already settled and I was told that it would take 3 days. 3 days to send me a letter that the system automatically generates?? With a big struggle I managed to get the consultant to escalate the matter and after about 30 minutes on the phone I was told that I should have my letter via email before the end of the day. The 3 days are over now and I still have no dealer stock letter.
I would NEVER finance with STD Bank and never recommend any business dealings with them. STD Bank is the worst bank in SA and it saddens me to see that an institution as important as a bank has such low service levels. RIP STD BANK!
