My initial balance on my account was 6000 in october 2012. I was garnished and my company paid from then the 3Rd of Jan 14 in instalments of 688 monthly. How then are they still accepting money from my employer if they account has been settled. My account should be sitting in credit as they have debited more than the agreed amount. They exceeded the amount by 4000.
To date i am still waiting for my paid up letter and a refund., i must just report this to the ombudsman and alert people and company's from these services
