I obtained a quote from Outsurance for vehicle cover but my current Insurance company is cheaper than them. They sent me the link to claim the money as per their promotion but on completing the banking details, the problem arised that the branch name input doesnt function.
I phoned the number given for problem reporting and my particulars was taken with a promise that someone will contact me within 24 hours. This was on 15 January 2014. Nobody contacted me since. This appears to be a run by Outsurance.
