Resolved matters with empathy

I had been strugglng to get assistance from other consultants and he offered great help. He was empathetic and patient to ensure that as a client I am given great service. I would recommend him anytime.
However a setback is imparting such knowledge of products and communication skills to junior members, they need to learn from the managers how to handle issues so that there is consistency in what is said to clients.
