2 months and no repairs done/no change

My repairs were approved in the first week of December, and no one can tell me when the repairs will actually be done.
How long do I have to wait to get my car fixed.
I have ask over 5 time that my contact number be changed, it has still not been done. If you need it in writing just say so... I need this sorted out.
I need my car to be repair!!!
