Two issues:
1.) Your unsolicited advertising by post for a personal loan is unwarranted and annoying. I don't know how you got my name or address, don't send me anything again.
2.) Even if you scrape by the letter of the law when it comes to providing personal loans, in my opinion, your business practice is amoral and a. Preying on people in need to take out a personal loan where there total repayment is 120% of the initial sum borrowed is disgusting.

You should be shut down.
