Efusal to grant me the refund they promised

Good day.
i registered with tissa (the income solution south africa) during september of 2013, i registered for alll three packages, i recieved confirmation of my registration on 12/07/2013, so i gave it a chance and looked at what they had to offer, only to my suprise what they had advertised was totally misleading, first of all them saying you will never have to pay another cent for services they offer once you register, the packages were complete, the money which they alleged that you could earn was completly false, you cant make no where near that money online as one of thier services under datahub where you get paid to read emails only pays like 0.2 cents per email which is a joke, now because they said you can have a full money back garantee, i kindly requested my money back and stated my reasons why i want out (which i didn't have to because they say " full refund no questions asked ") i was ignored from there on out and have never heard a word from them ever since, i requested my refund on the 25/07/2013, not even 30 days after joininh as this kind of opportunities were not for me. i am still at a loss for words.
