Useless service, and bad excuses!!!

FNB is a disgrace!!! With all of the bad service FNB have been giving their clients, it's a disgrace that they still do advertising on the radio etc. And to add FALSE ADVERTISING at it!!!
My father got robbed at a FNB ATM last year November. Fnb told him that his pin was "compromised" at the ATM, this is utter nonsense, because someone must have seen his pin when he TRIED to withdraw money!!! His card got cloned, and he was ROBBED by SOMEONE ELSE!!! 1
Now, he can't get his money back because of FNB'S empty promises and false advertising!!! Because of FNB, his rent was not paid and now he is getting legal letters from his landlord!!!
I guess this letter will also lead to nowhere, and nothing will be done about my father's lost money, that he cannot reclaim, because of FNB being useless, and also not caring about their customers.
We have sent a complaint to FNB 2 days ago, and still nothing has been done to resolve this problem!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
