POOR SERVICE

Good day. I have had the same problem now for 3 months. I have an cheque acc with Standard bank. The deduct double honoring fees. I don't receive my sms's and there is always the anwer we are working on it but nothing happens. I do not have an overdraft and still they deduct that fee aswell. This account that should be cheaper is the worst account ever. Please help?
