Hi my name is Siphamandla, I served my notice in November with Nedbank and till this day I am still struggling with getting my benefits paid off. After countless times of phoning Old mutual and Nedbank, I still have not been assisted, I think this shows a lack of service from the two corporates who claim to be
striving to be Africa's most admirable institutes. At this stage I'm now sitting with back logs of Debit orders, my (NEDBANK account is in arrears. Between November and January I have been bounced between the two companies. Old mutual advised that some of the documents were missing, I was to follow up with nedbank as the two merged corporates don't deal with each other directly, (clearly client documents are not handled
correctly by trained people). So after phoning the two companies countless times, I decided to go to the Nedbank Benefits consultants during the December holiday, so that I could make the call to the Old mutual agents and talk to both of them at the same time. I was denied to call the old mutual. on the 6th when I called them, they were going to pay in 2 weeks, still NOTHING.
I wish someone would take responsibility, their lack of service impacts the Clients.
