I called in this morning querrying abt my acc --n the response i got frm this incompetant lady realy --i called asking fr help--all i wanted to knw was when will all my debts be consolidated since im nt getting any feed bk frm them-she creamed n shouted @ me as if im her own mother-i den asked to speak to the manager den she put the fone down on ma ear-wht kind of a service is dat? is she still new or she jst didnt knw how to handle ma querry-? i wana take this matter further --she doesnt have gud mannerism on the phone yet she work fr cust service
