Ad service bad attitude and fitting of cheap part

4 years ago we had my mums van was vandalized we took it to our insurer they fitted cheap parts and we had to take it back and they had to replace the seat which they optet to weld the seat this ment that the seat was in one position and could not move we reported this and they replaced it with bent socond had seats that looked like it was in a war we then complained about this and the seat were send to be cleaned last year i called there after the van was in a accident where they took myu mag wheels of 20 k and replaced it with a cheap mag that cost 7k i complained about this and mr steyn made me a offer of 3k late last year i gave them a call and mr steyn had such a bad attitude almost like he was saying he can help us the van has been i n the, arket since last year and we can sell it due to the cheap part and defects all we want is our van to be i the same state that it was before it was fixed by our so called insurer and mr steyn i have taken this matter up with our lawyers as we are not being assisted by our insurer but they not shy to deduct their premuims on a monthly bases
