City Bank
CITYBANK LOANS EITHER OR INCOMPETENCE

I was looking for a loan and was apporoached by City Bank. They approved my loan saying I need to pay admin fees, well its been more than a week and a half I paid over R4000 in fees and I have no loans. Everytime they about ro release the money they want more money and then when you give them the money they have another excuse that they have not released the funds and they threaten you that you will loose the money if you dont pay once again.

I've been dealing with Jody Mansfield, Lesedi and Diedre Kloof and they just refuse to listen or understand me. They just demand more money and dont give any explanations, its like they not accountable for anything, they just shrug they shoulders and now its oh well you lost your money sorry.

This is the worst service ever I received and if they keep this up they will go bankrupt soon!!!
