Incompetent Staff In Administration Department

I have been a client of Zurich since 1999, (company changed names). I received a letter from Zurich (on the envelope dated 20th December 2012) but letter has no date and signature it just states that policy cancelled not reason given. I telephoned your legal advisor Stephen Who was extremely helpful and contact the relevant department on the 4th January 2013, to explain what this letter meant, he told me it is due to non payment which was sent from the collection department. I emailed him the document to him and told him the payment was made for January to December 2012 in one payment, which I have done for a couple of years. I have sent him numerous emails and contacted him telephonic ally but to this day I have no response from the department which he says will email a confirmation stating that I am still covered.
Last email from Stephen states as of 29/1/13 states as follows:
I have just liaised with the relevant people and alerted them of the urgency of this matter.
I hope to have something for you by tomorrow.
Apologies for the delay.
Pathetic service and incompetent staff who just seem to pass the buck on from Zurich, Hope to get an answer as soon as possible.
