Very bad service

I logged a previous compliant and was assisted with Alicia Adonis. i was provided a settlement on account 6480794001 of which i paid, i sent numerous emails to Alicia to obtain a paid up letter she just has not responded to me

i was also offered a settlement on the account number 6480794002, i also asked for the discounted amount and still no help from them
