Upset customer regarding policy issue

Already I am disgusted by the level of service I have received from king prince
They not keeping to their word by treating every customer like a king
My bank account have been double debited for the month of December . as per my telephonic conversation that I had with the agent Simona Govender I was told that my 1st instalment will go off on the 6 DEC 2013 which it did and I will be covered until my next instalment is due on the 25th Jan 2014 . and I have a confirmation email for this as well
On the 29 DEC my a 2nd debit order went off for the same amount in the same month which this was not what was advised to me
i phone KING PRICE customer care while there I spoke to a gentleman who advised that a manager will need to listen to the call when insurance was taking up and will call me back while speaking to him my call got cut again and he didn't even bother to return my call and since then I never had a call from KING PRICE explaining what the reason is for what happened... I want this matter to be resolve ASAP if not I will take this further
This is what you call BAD service!
