Trying to claim

My car was involved in a hit-n-run. I reported it to the police, got a case number. When I tried to call Anderson insurance they answer and put me through to the claims department. I was on hold till my 36 bucks airtime ran out. I keep buying more airtime but this keeps happening.its been going on for weeks. I'm paying 850 a month for this? They are quick to take money but refuse to give service. I'm going to the news papers from here
