Unauthorised debit

I sent them my details as I wanted to apply for a loan almost two months ago but decided against it and didnt take a loan from them. On 19 Dec they deducted R99.99 from my account without my permission. I cannot see what this could be for as I dont have any accounts etc by them. This is illegal and if it happens again I will take legal action, I dont care if its 10c. I am tired of companies like this taking advantage of people!!!
