Earlier this afternoon I called Iwyze and spoke to a lady in retentions department. In a nutshell she was not helpful. Rather she wanted to transfer me to customer service. I then called Zjaan Foster (Mr Reliable) then assisted me with my query on the vehicle. Do note the level of professionalism is impeccable; Zjaan's service is just exceptional. I would like to thank Zjaan, he is a true and rare treasure at Iwyze. Please use him as a benchmark for customer service as he always goes the extra mile for customers when a query arises.
