I was hit from behind on the 28th of September 2013 and the owner of the vehicle is comprehensively insured with king price. So meaning any driver with a valid drivers license can drive his car with his permission. What I do not understand is that king price refuse to fix my car because some1 else was driving but the owner of the car was in the car as well. but they are fixing his.. He got a lawyer they got the telephone recordings from king price and in the conversations it clearly states that he is comprehensively insured. I thought by law if some1 bumps you from behind they are liable. I need help, why would his claim go through and they decline mine. I feel both claims should have been denied..
