Outsurance NOT the best insurance

When I chose to choose Outsurance as my 1st choice of insurance I was SO wrong. Like ALL the rest they just take your money and the quote that you will get something out of it is SO false!!! I joined in August and because I had a major loss with Mutual & Federal who subsequently cancelled my policy I repeatedly asked the controller to make sure that all the facts about my previous claims and cancellation by M&F as declared by myself is noted on the system. He assured me that it was and that we were accepted as a policy holder... Needless to say I was told just the opposite when I called in yesterday to replace the vehicle which was "insured" with another vehicle. I asked to speak to a "manager" after the controller who took my call confused me with a that cannot put one and one together AND informed me that my declaration made with regards to my cancellation was in fact NOwhere to be seen on their system!!! The "manager" Tshepo said that he will investigate and get back to me which I requested to be done by today. I'm still waiting for that call!!! I've paid 3 months premies which now seem that I could've just as well thrown that money in the toilett!!!
