I walked into FNB at Woodbrige Mall in Kempton Park today to close my account, since I was robbed from my Ebucks points due to a stupid clerk in Secunda, who omitted to explained the correct procedure to me. I was assisted by Mr Sifiso Hlophe who, even with my bad / upset attitude was so professional!! it was something I wish all South Africans could have experienced this yourselves. He was as disappointed as I was, but with his calm attitude called Ebuck dept. and helped me as as much as the Ebucks staff (with their attitudes) allowed him to. Although I was unhappy with the Ebucks outcome, Sifiso made sure I stayed with FNB. What a professional person. He is such a HUGE asset to FNB. Why can't a man like that be a manager, or in training dept, so we all could be happy and competent companies / staff are fewer. We, South Africans gave to put up with such bad service and support. Nobody goes the extra mile any more... Sifiso went all the way!! Thank you Sifiso, you truly are a Star, the best I have ever come across in the whole Banking Industry.
