We applied for a home loan through Betterbond and our consultant was Merle Serrao. She handled the contract efficiently and very quick. She kept us up to date of all the happenings as this is our first home and were not to sure of the procedures. She explained everything to us, got exited with us when we got the 100% loan and wished us well in our new home.
