Karabo, definitely went out of his way to help us. My Telkom line has been out of order for the last 3 weeks and he did not hesitate to call me back on my mobile to assist me with my cover on my new car. But in general Outsurance has been there for me all the way, from being locked out of my house on the veranda for 2 hours, they came to my assistance. To having our house struck by lightening.
