Recently I received a call from First for Women who offered me a cheaper premium for a comprehensive plan. Hence I contacted Miway to give them the opportunity to offer me a similiar or cheaper premium. To my great satisfaction, I spoke to a lady by the name of Nomsa Malinga whom offered her great customer service in ensuring that I stay with Miway. She spoke to her Manager who offered me a cheaper premium based on my past record with Miway. I am very pleased with the way she handled my query.
