Early debit set me back

Who the gives AB the right to debit me early when funds became available?
I was notified that my debit will be going off on the 13th. That I accepted, but a day before my salary was paid in I had some funds in my account that was set aside for a very important purpose. I am in trouble now because I could not met other payments on time because of AB and their clever early debit!! I had posted good things about this bank at a previous encounter but my view towards them totally changed. you and your response when I inquired the debit AB!!! Why should I go to the bank, get statements and make time to email those documents to you when you are the party that can not meet agreements. I surely hope I never need make use of your services again!!!
