ABSA repoing my car for R2800

I am in the rears of 2800 rand with my payment of my car I am trying to catch it up paying extra on my monthly payment but I just got a call from someone telling me that they coming to get my car cause of this. This is my way to work if I don't have a car I can't get to work if I don't get to work I can't pay my car. I have also gone to the absa bank when a very nice guy tried to help me and he had t phone 5 different people got to the last guy and he said that well give me a call back and still waiting for that call from 3 weeks ago i don't know what more to do i have been trying and trying and all they want to do is take my car that I have been paying for for the last five years now I know you are a very busy lady but please you are my last hope.
