Death Claim - policy no (H86242)

I joined Safrican at Rhodes University in 1999 and we never got any contract but invoice paper displaying dependants. One of my dependants passed away in 2011 October and I couldn't even remember that I have insured him under Safrican until Saturday 07/12/2013 when I was looking for an old report from one of my old purses and I came across this piece of paper from Safrican. It is then I saw that the deceased was insured and I called PE office and spoken to Roen who was not friendly to me at all.
I tried to convince him that all at Rhodes University do not have contracts only a piece of paper that you can misplace and forget about it. I want my claim to be processed knowing that it's been more that a year now but I didn't do that deliberately as I had to borrow some money for the burial. Secondly, if Safrican can send us contracts that will be appreciated instead of having a piece of paper that can be easily misplaced. My email address is n.sitole@ru.ac.za
