No answers regarding money invested

Money was invested with TJ Boshoff in 2002, every month a % of the interest is supposed to be paid out. This has not been a problem ever. Untill June 2013. Since then no money has been paid out. There is no luck in contacting this person as he does not respond to calls, smses, facebook messages, whatsup messages. To date he owes a payout amount of almost R80000. We would love to know what is happening???
