Eversal not paid after 6 days

I withdrawed money from another atm which is not fnb when I went 2 the malvern branch on the 03-12-2013 they told me to wait for 3 working days as the transaction takes that long. Today (9-12-2013) I go back they telling me it is going to take 5 working and of which I have not paid my rent nor my DSTV, who is going to pay my penatly fees for both. I advise for everyone 2 never use FNB and if you use it change 2 other bank.
