After a home invasion which is traumatic enough as it is, one expects the drama to continue with insurance. After dealing with security, neighbours, police, detectives, forensics etc i really wasn't looking forward to anymore. Outsurance appointed Ryno Louw from Sias as the assessor - thank goodness - he was professional yet friendly, kind and compassionate yet thorough and helpful, gave great service to me and I'm sure to Outsurance too and got the whole ordeal sorted in an efficient and relaxed way.
