ABSA HAS NO CONTROL OVER ITS SMS NOTIFICATIONS

I purchased a new cellphone 1 year ago and being busy in meetings have had poor response from the call centre because I am never able to hold on long enough during the daytime. Absa are sending up to 8 messages per day to my cellphone and I don't even have an ABSA account.
When I eventually managed to got hold of the call centre they were helpful but were unable to rectify the problem because the information sent is insufficient to find out whom it is directed to.
I am amazed that ABSA with all the sophisticated computer equipment is unable to track the source of the SMS' sent to my cell number.
Makes me grateful that I don't have an account with them imagine what their computer is like with security and statements. The SMS' sometimes come through late at night which is extremely annoying.
