Today at about 14:00 i had a privillage of talking to one of 1lifes best consultant, although i was calling to cancel my services she made me want to keep the service. She took her time to explain the process to me and gave me additional info about the package that i had taken up. I may have cancelled my life insurance with 1Life but i will be taking out funeral cover with them... I so wish that all service providers had people like her "Khomotso Maluleke" she brings EXPERIENCE in Customer Experience
