Should shareholders know staff is incompetent?

I posted a complaint about gross incompetence relating to a senior Standard Bank staff member on 22 Nov. On 25 Nov I was phoned and told the matter would be escalated to Stanlib. Nothing has happened a week later - nobody has contacted me again and I have lost almost three weeks' worth of either interest, or at the very least, the use of my money. It also seems nobody is interested in what happened at Pinelands and this misreading of the original complaint is further cause for concern. Pinelands is where the problem happened - not at Stanlib. What I want from Stanib is to return my money, however - I am hardly going to enter Pinelands with any confidence, nor can Pinelands return my money since it is with Stanlib. I do not know how to get my money back - who the should I speak to and where should I start? The indifference is extraordinary and I think share holders should be told. Clearly the lack of training at what used to be a successful bank has reached alarming levels when even those who are supposed to save the bank embarrassment do not know what to do - or they do not care. And I want an explanation and an apology.
